Description
The P-activator 208 and P-cleaner 308 are used for cleaning and maintenance of P-surface 141. P-surface cleaner 308 is biodegradable.
Instructions for use: Shake ‘Bio P-activator 208’ and ‘Bio P-cleaner 308’ thoroughly before use. To activate ‘P-surface 141’, apply enough ‘Bio P-activator 208’ to evenly cover the entire surface after spreading with a paper towel (about 2 ml). After a short exposure time (approx. 10 seconds), the ‘Bio P-activator 208’ should be massaged into the surface using a paper or cloth, pressing firmly. Rub firmly until a black abrasion is visible on the paper or cloth. Slightly higher temperatures of 70-80°C make it easier to rub. To do this, heat the print bed to 70–80°C, then begin applying ‘Bio P-activator 208’ to activate and clean ‘P-surface 141’. If present, wipe away any oily residue with a dry cloth.
Finally, the remaining oily residue, if present, should be removed with ‘Bio P-cleaner 308’. Cleaning with ‘Bio P-cleaner 308’ also slightly reduces the adhesion of P-surface and could therefore be performed if the adhesion is too strong. However, the cleaning using ‘Bio P-cleaner 308’ can also be omitted. To clean the ‘P-surface 141’, apply enough ‘Bio P-cleaner 308’ to evenly cover the entire surface after spreading with a paper towel (2-5 ml). The ‘Bio P-cleaner 308’ can then be completely removed with a paper towel. If ‘P-surface 141’ has been cleaned with ‘Bio P-cleaner 308’ or if fuzz or other contaminants are still present on ‘P-surface 141’, ‘P-surface 141’ should be wiped down finally with a moistened ‘P-wipe 515’ (use only water without soap to ensure no soap residue remains). After use, rinse the ‘P-wipe 515’ in clear water, wring it out carefully and then pull it into shape. Do not dry the ‘P-wipe 515’ in the sun or on radiators.
Security alert ‘P-cleaner 308‘:
May cause burns if swallowed and enters the airways. It may cause skin irritation and eye irritation. Keep out of the reach of children. Wear protective gloves/eye protection. IF SWALLOWED: Call a POISON CENTER/doctor/first aid if you feel unwell. IF ON SKIN: Wash with plenty of water/soap. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove any contact lenses if possible. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists, seek medical advice/attention. Dispose of contents/containers in accordance with local regulations. Contains: Ethanol, alkyl glycosides (C8-C10), N,N-dimethyl-9-decenamide.
To our knowledge, this product poses no particular risk provided it is handled in accordance with good industrial hygiene and safety practice for the cleaning and maintenance of ‘P-surface 141’.
Labeling according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 [CLP] is not applicable.
